Johannes Partz combines a long personal bond with Mallorca and broad professional expertise. He spent much of his youth on the island and developed a close relationship with it.

He graduated in business administration from the University of Cologne with distinction. He then spent five years as a partner in a consultancy focused on strategy, corporate development and communications, followed by five years with the In der Rheingas group in various management roles and as managing director of a subsidiary. Since March 2018 Johannes has been founder and managing director of Lindenfield GmbH.

Marc Bode is managing director of Lindenfield GmbH and an experienced full-stack developer. During eight years in the LPG industry he was responsible, among other things, for digitising sales processes and developed innovative solutions to optimise them.

Marc shares a particular passion for Mallorca and has many personal ties to the island — a closeness he shares with the agents and buyers who want to be active there. Since March 2018 Johannes has been founder and managing director of Lindenfield GmbH.
